How much does GEO cost?
Every engagement starts with the free audit. It comes with two options built from what it finds, a focused one and a full one, each priced for your niche. Engagements typically start around $2,000 a month.
Redaccel engagements typically start around $2,000 a month, and the price follows the niche and what its placements cost. Every engagement starts with a free AI visibility audit, which comes with two tailored options: a focused one that works the most cited sources first, and a full one that works every cited source type at once. Three-month minimum, then month to month. The KPI is share of voice in AI answers, not rankings.
Audit first. Then two options, priced for your niche.
We never start a campaign without the audit, because that is where the map and the plan are built. The two options come straight out of it, so the price matches the pages your niche actually needs, not a package from a menu.
The audit
Where every engagement starts.
$0 back in 48 hours
- Which AI engines name you, and which name your competitors
- The exact pages behind every answer
- A place-by-place list of where to show up first
- Two tailored options, with prices
Focused
The most cited pages first, at a lower monthly cost.
Priced in your audit
- The highest-value sources from your audit
- The channels that matter most in your niche
- Monthly share of voice report on the same questions
Full
Every cited source type at once, for faster movement.
Priced in your audit
- Everything in the focused option
- More channels and more placements each month
- Your own pages rebuilt so AI can quote them
- Fixing what AI gets wrong about you
What goes into each option depends on what your audit finds, so the details live in your audit. Three-month minimum, then month to month. No setup fee: the first month includes the setup work at the normal rate.
What decides the price?
Three things: how many pages are already being cited in your niche, what it costs to get onto them (some placements are earned, some are paid media), and how many engines and markets we track. We price after the audit because the audit shows exactly which pages matter, so the two options match the work your niche needs. It also tells you honestly whether you need any of this at all.
Why a three-month minimum?
GEO takes 6 to 10 weeks to show measurable movement. Engines re-read and re-weigh sources on their own schedules, and new placements need time to be found and trusted. A one-month engagement would end with a report that says "too early to tell", and we would rather lose the deal than sell that.
What KPI do you get?
Share of voice in AI answers. Each month: the share of answers to your buyers' questions, across five engines, that mention you versus each competitor, whether it was a recommendation, and which pages drove it. If it is not moving by month three, the report says so in plain words.
What is not included?
Paid ads management, link-building retainers, technical SEO and social media management. Where a problem is one of those, the report says so instead of quietly absorbing it into scope.
A citation is an asset. An ad is an expense.
That difference is the whole ROI case.
| Earned citations (GEO) | Paid ads | |
|---|---|---|
| When spend stops | Placements keep getting read and cited. Threads and reviews work for years. | Visibility ends the same day |
| Where it lands | Inside the recommendation itself, at the moment of decision | Labelled as an ad, which buyers discount and AI engines do not cite |
| Cost curve | Flat retainer; each month's placements stack on the last | Rises with competition; every impression is bought again |
| Compounding | Month six stands on the placements of months one to five | None. Spend resets to zero every month. |
One more asymmetry: your category's AI answers are being written now, from a small set of sources. Whoever is on those sources first is the incumbent every later brand has to displace.
Redaccel or in-house?
| Redaccel | In-house | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | One monthly retainer, scoped to the work | A full salary for one experienced hire, plus tracking tools |
| Time to competence | Working from week one | Months of learning on your budget |
| What survives on Reddit | We track every placement. Our best accounts keep more than 9 in 10 comments live and our priority posters around 70%. We run hundreds of accounts and match each one to the niche and the subreddit. | Usually learned the expensive way, on your brand's accounts |
| Risk if it fails | Cancel after month three | A hire to unwind |
| When in-house wins | You have real community roots (a founder who already lives in your niche's forums) and the patience to spend months earning presence. Then in-house is authentic in a way no agency can copy, and your audit will say so. | |
Why no fixed price list?
Because the work differs a lot between niches. A B2B tool with two competitors and a crowded consumer category with twenty have very different lists of cited pages, and those pages cost different amounts to get onto. The audit finds the list first, and both options are sized to it.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first month includes the setup work (question set design, baseline measurement, placement map) at the normal monthly rate.
Can I start with the focused option and move up?
Yes. Starting with the most cited pages and adding the rest once the first results show is a sensible path. The audit's baseline stays the same, so the before and after numbers stay comparable.
Do you work with competitors in my category?
No. One brand per set of buyer questions. We cannot honestly maximise two clients' share of the same answers.
