What we do

Extract redaccel.com · services · July 2026

Redaccel does three things: measures how visible a brand is in AI answers, earns it legitimate citations across the sources engines trust, and defends its reputation when engines repeat something wrong. Everything is reported against one KPI — share of voice in AI answers across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews.

1. Monitor — see the battlefield

We build a prompt set from the questions your buyers actually type. Not keywords — prompts: "best expense tool for a 10-person agency", "is [your category] worth it", "[competitor] alternatives". Then we run it across five engines on a schedule.

The monthly report shows which engines mention you, which recommend competitors instead, and the exact pages those answers pull from. That last part is the operational gold: it converts "AI visibility" from a vibe into a to-do list.

Sold standalone as Monitor — and included in everything above it. Pricing.

2. Earn citations — become part of the consensus

Engines synthesize answers from sources where people genuinely compare things. We place your brand into that consensus legitimately: 6–10 earned placements a month, each built to survive both human moderation and the LLM-based detection platforms now run[1].

Our Reddit training is the filter. If a placement wouldn't survive a strict moderator reading it for intent, we don't make it.

The citation surface we work, and why each source matters
SurfaceWhy engines cite itWhat we do there
RedditMost-cited domain in AI answers[2]Genuine, disclosed, expertise-led participation in the threads engines read
Review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, Capterra)Structured comparisons engines lift for "best X" answersProfile completeness, honest review generation from real customers, comparison-page presence
YouTubeTranscripts feed engine answers, especially how-to and review queriesPlacement in relevant reviewers' and creators' coverage
Wikipedia & wikisHighest-trust factual grounding for entity questionsNotability assessment and sourcing — only where you legitimately qualify
Trade press & listicles"Best tools for X" articles are cited wholesalePitching inclusion where you belong, with real differentiators
Niche forums & communitiesLong-tail queries resolve here — ~95% of citations are long tail[3]Sustained presence in the 3–5 communities your buyers trust
Your own siteEngines quote pages that answer directly — 44% of citations come from the first third of a page[4]Restructuring for extraction: front-loaded answers, standalone definitions, comparison tables, valid schema

This layer is Growth: Monitor plus placements plus owned-content optimization. Pricing.

3. Defend — when the answer is wrong about you

Engines repeat what their sources say, including when the sources are outdated, confused or hostile. If ChatGPT tells buyers you don't have a feature you shipped last year, or repeats a pricing complaint from 2024, that's revenue leaking through an answer you never see.

Reputation defence means tracing the wrong claim to its source pages and fixing it there — updated reviews, corrected articles, authoritative pages engines will re-read.

This plus PR outreach is the Managed layer, built for contested categories where the answer itself is a battleground.
